Monophobia is a song about feeling alone, and the bittersweetness that so often accompanies it. Overthinking is a song we wrote and recorded around the time we were writing Dreaming of Oceans, about, well, overthinking. A lot of songs on the record reference ideas or lyrics from it, so. We've wanted to put it out for a while, and it just felt right with the rerelease of Monophobia for the music video. Hope you enjoy :)
